Robinhood is reportedly in talks with Crypto.com to expand prediction markets inside its app. If a deal happens, customers would get access to yes-or-no event contracts through the same Robinhood interface they already use, alongside offerings that are currently powered by outside venues including Kalshi and ForecastEx.
That matters because Robinhood would not be building a prediction market from scratch. It would be widening access by plugging another provider into a mainstream brokerage app that already puts multiple asset classes in one place. Event contracts would move closer to the retail investing mainstream, becoming easier to find, easier to trade, and more likely to show up as just another tab inside a familiar trading experience.
No deal has been finalized yet, but the talks show Robinhood is still looking to broaden that menu through outside partners.
