Binance is changing its service in Brazil over the next few days. Starting October 27, users there will no longer be able to spot trade 22 tokens on the platform, including XVG, USDE, and USTC. Alpha 2.0 and bStocks will also be restricted that day. Users can still withdraw those balances or move them into other assets, but trading for those names on Binance will stop.

Then by October 29, each Brazilian user will be moved onto a personalized payment account at Binance Brasil Corretora. That means real-denominated payments and some asset services will be handled through Binance’s local brokerage instead of the broader platform setup users had before.

One more change starts November 1: cross-border crypto transfers will require users in Brazil to submit transfer details in advance. The reason this matters is simple: Binance is narrowing how Brazilian customers use the platform, with more activity routed through its local regulated entity.
