Strategy started October by adding another 334 Bitcoin to its treasury, spending just under $29 million with an average price per coin of about $85,839. That brings the company’s total Bitcoin holdings to 848,000, a number that already dwarfs the rest of the corporate landscape. Taken in context, this fresh buy is a small increment, less than a five-hundredth of Strategy’s total stack.

The funding mix gives more detail. Strategy covered about $15.7 million by selling 92,894 MSTR shares, while the remaining $13 million came from its available cash pool. These moves fit the company’s familiar approach, using multiple funding channels, with the Bitcoin purchase sized much smaller than other balance sheet actions seen in the same period, such as repurchasing preferred stock.

The bigger read is that this looks less like an aggressive move higher and more like ongoing balance sheet management. The filing points to a continuation of Strategy’s established capital framework, rather than a new turning point.

Strategy’s next Bitcoin buy will be read against tight support and what it signals to other corporate treasuries.
