Bloomberg Terminal is now publishing live quotes for select Hyperliquid perpetual futures, adding decentralized derivatives pricing to a core tool of professional market monitoring. The feature went live on October 5, letting professional investors track real-time Hyperliquid perp prices alongside crypto, equities, commodities, foreign exchange, and index products without shifting to a separate crypto-native workflow.
But it is crucial to clarify what this new visibility does and does not do. Bloomberg is not offering trade execution for Hyperliquid contracts. Portfolio managers and traders can watch Hyperliquid prices within Bloomberg’s screens, compare them, analyze them, and scan across asset classes, but if they decide to act, orders still have to go through Hyperliquid’s own systems.
The real shift is visibility inside a platform professional investors already use throughout the day. In practical terms, that lowers the friction of discovery. For now, the direct change is about distribution and workflow integration, not instant access through Bloomberg itself.
