AIxCrypto Holdings is out. The Nasdaq-listed company has now formally begun liquidating its Bitcoin and Ethereum treasury holdings after disclosing in a September 4 SEC filing that it is unwinding its digital asset strategy. Recent coverage said the company was sitting on roughly 50% unrealized losses across those positions, while the amended S-1 makes the unwind part of its formal capital plan.
The switch is also strategic. AIxCrypto had previously made digital assets a core part of its identity, but its latest filing says proceeds from recent offerings may be used in part for the orderly exit from digital-asset positions and toward its robotics marketplace, RoboShare. That is now the principal operating focus.
It is also early days for the pivot: the first RoboShare paid order landed in August, and as of September, 82 robots were listed on the platform, all owned by third parties, not by AIxCrypto itself. For investors, the immediate story is less about Bitcoin or Ethereum prices and more about a public company making its crypto exit part of a formal strategic reset.
