Binance has reopened withdrawals for Shiba Inu, or SHIB, as it continues restoring services after last week’s security incident. This is a recovery update, not a new exploit: withdrawals had been paused while the exchange carried out security and infrastructure checks.

Binance says the latest phase began at 4 a.m. UTC on November 3. SHIB is among the Ethereum-linked assets now available for withdrawal within a batch of 51 additional tokens across Ethereum and Solana.

That matters because reopening withdrawals restores a basic customer function: the ability to move SHIB off the exchange again.

Binance restoring SHIB withdrawals after the security incident is the signal to watch for broader access normalization.
