Franklin Templeton’s XRP ETF posted $3.55 million in net inflows, and investment adviser SRH disclosed more than 27,000 fund shares valued at roughly $441,000. That demand stands out while United States spot Bitcoin ETFs saw $635 million in outflows.
XRP’s funding rate is positive at 10.97% annualized, but open interest fell 3.57% in the past 24 hours to just over $2.1 billion. Leverage is pulling back, not pressing forward.
That tells us the broader market is not yet confirming the ETF move. The market brief points to softer XRP price action, crowded long positioning, and falling open interest, which signals traders are reducing derivatives exposure rather than adding conviction behind the move. The risk is that this inflow headline reflects confidence in the fund wrapper more than broad demand. Unless the underlying tape firms up, ETF inflows alone may not reset the XRP story.
