Binance’s tokenized U.S. equity line, bStocks, has crossed $1 billion in assets under management roughly 4 months after its June launch. It began with five listings and now covers nearly 100 tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs, with more than $40 billion in cumulative trading. Each token is backed one to one by the underlying stock, and eligible users can trade around the clock, move tokens to self-custodial wallets, or convert at parity into direct stock holdings.
The headline is the speed of that first billion. The more important question now is whether activity stays deep after the launch burst, not just headline assets, but sustained trading, transfers, collateral use, and conversions over time.
