Capital B, the French-listed Bitcoin treasury company, bought another 376 Bitcoin for €25.3 million, paying an average of €67,182 per coin. Its total holdings now stand at 3,521 Bitcoin.
The bigger point is how it financed the purchase. Capital B had just completed a fresh round of equity funding, raising €28.7 million through a private placement with warrants and another €1.44 million through an at-the-market agreement with TOBAM. Investors in that funding included Adam Back and TOBAM. After raising the cash, the company turned it into more Bitcoin on the balance sheet.
