US spot Bitcoin ETFs have now posted outflows for 3 straight sessions, with roughly $248 million leaving the group since August 12. On August 14, the complex shed about $56.2 million, and almost all of that came from one place: BlackRock’s IBIT, which lost $55.5 million. Fidelity’s FBTC was down another $6.8 million, Bitwise’s BITB added $6.1 million, and products like Grayscale’s GBTC and Ark’s ARKB were essentially flat.
That makes the latest session less a broad retreat from spot Bitcoin ETFs and more a single-fund drag on the headline number. When most of the daily outflow is concentrated in the largest product, the sector-wide total can look weaker than the rest of the lineup actually was. So the real signal here is not just 3 red days in a row, but that the latest pressure was unusually narrow.
