Uniswap Labs has launched TJAR, a system that converts onchain fees collected in different tokens into one token chosen by the app. Robinhood is the first integration partner, using TJAR across its supported chains for fees collected through the Uniswap API. Those fees are delivered to Robinhood in USDC and USDG.

The mechanics are aimed at a common operations problem: an app can end up with small fee balances in many tokens and across several networks. TJAR gathers those assets in a Token Jar. Outside searchers compete to sweep the balances, paying a fixed amount in the app’s selected token. The app gets consolidated revenue without having to run the conversions or manage that trading operation itself.

Uniswap says the Token Jar framework handled more than $15.3 million in Uniswap Protocol fee conversions in September, and TJAR is live on 7 chains. That extends Uniswap’s infrastructure beyond the exchange function most users associate it with.

Robinhood’s integration makes that shift concrete: a consumer-facing platform is using the system for fee handling across multiple chains.
