Franklin Templeton’s XRP ETF has now crossed $500 million in cumulative net inflows, making it one of the leading U.S. products tied to the token. That milestone comes on the heels of a $4.26 million daily addition for Franklin on September 25, part of a broader session where all U.S. spot XRP ETFs drew $22.65 million. Bitwise led the day’s new creations at $18.39 million.
But that steady inflow does not mean spot XRP is holding up. On the same day inflows spiked, XRP fell 2.69% in a single hour, dropping to about $1.49. That is the core tension here: strong fund demand does not automatically translate into intraday price resilience. Franklin Templeton’s own product page says the fund tracks a once-a-day benchmark, so it reflects accumulated demand rather than real-time price swings.
For now, ETF demand is strong, but it is not insulating XRP from volatility.
