Ondo is now offering three live onchain portfolio tokens for eligible non-U.S. investors using portfolio strategies developed by BlackRock. That is the part that matters. This is not a pilot or a branding exercise. Investors can actually buy the products on blockchain rails now.

The split is also important. BlackRock created the strategy behind the portfolios, but Ondo is the one issuing the tokens and distributing them. BlackRock is not operating or custodying the products itself.

Because most tokenization headlines stop at a concept demo or a partnership announcement, this one puts BlackRock-linked investment strategies into a product investors can access immediately, even if the wrapper and distribution sit with Ondo.

Traders reacted quickly. A supporting market brief pointed to a sharp move in ONDO alongside rising leverage after the launch, showing how fast speculative interest can build when a major asset manager’s strategy shows up in tokenized form.
