Strive has added another 469 Bitcoin to its treasury, spending about $36.6 million. That lifts its total holdings to exactly 25,000 Bitcoin, according to its latest SEC filing. The purchase was funded through the company’s SATA preferred stock structure, which it has used before in its ongoing treasury program.

Bitcoin trades between $76,347 support and $78,688 resistance. The last price closes at $78,536, up just over 1.5% during the period.

What stands out here is the timing. Strive made the purchase while Bitcoin was still range-bound, so this reads less like momentum chasing and more like a deliberate balance-sheet decision by a public company.

Strive’s Bitcoin treasury push, now at 25,000 Bitcoin, is the balance-sheet signal that could move sentiment if price stays range-bound.
