JPMorgan’s latest regulatory filing shows its crypto exposure widened in the second quarter. In its Form 13F filing with the SEC, the bank disclosed 170,223 shares of BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF, valued at about $11.1 million.

It also reported 62,699 shares of BlackRock’s iShares Ethereum Trust ETF, worth roughly $2 million, alongside fresh exposure to XRP-linked investment products. The significance is straightforward: this is a large bank showing disclosed positions across Bitcoin, Ethereum, and XRP-linked vehicles in the same quarter. Just keep in mind that 13F filings are only quarter-end snapshots, so they don’t show any trading activity behind the scenes.
